Account Executive

Job description

We are looking for a Key Account Executive to manage customer relationships and find business growth opportunities. In this role, you are in charge of leading communication with Osmo's Digital teamwork and the clients assigned to you.

Your overarching goal is to identify growth opportunities with clients and build them into long-term relationships.


Main Responsibilities

  • Create detailed marketing strategies designed to attain predetermined goals and quotas.

  • Provide professional support to maximize customer loyalty.

  • Remain in regular contact with your clients to understand and meet their needs.

  • Respond to complaints and resolve issues to the customer's satisfaction and maintain the high-quality agency's standard. 

  • Coordinate with the internal and multidisciplinary team to reach the client's objectives efficiently and effectively. 

  • Lead your assigned Account's Teamwork.

Main Requirements

  • Currently living in Mexico and/or hirable under the employment of Mexican law.

  • Bilingual or native level proficiency in English, written and spoken.

  • Previous experience as an Account Executive, or similar sales/customer service role.

  • Self-manageable and self-disciplined.

  • Previous experience with long-distance/work remote jobs.

  • Essential knowledge of Digital Marketing.

  • Knowledge of Google Suite, Click Up, and CRM software is a plus. 

  • Previous experience with tourism and/or technological industries is a plus.

  • Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships.

  • Organizational and time-management skills.

  • BSc or BA in business administration, sales, or marketing is a plus.
